As chief information officer, Thomas Harvey establishes the strategic direction of the information technology department to support TEA Solutions’ business objectives.

Mr. Harvey has more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry, primarily in the design and development of computer systems, software applications, engineering and feasibility studies, project management, and cost/benefit analysis. He previously was the director of systems and manager of the back office at the Seattle firm Power Resource Managers, Inc., where he orchestrated the development of the power scheduling and resource management system used to process complex power contracts for public utility districts in the Pacific Northwest.

Mr. Harvey was a consultant in both Washington and California with Navigant Consulting and Scope International. He was a civil engineer for the East Bay Municipal Utility District of Oakland, California.

Mr. Harvey holds a bachelor’s degree in civil-environmental engineering from Purdue University.
